Conditions of Orchid Sales

Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If you are dissatisfied, return the plant for replacement or a refund of your money.

Terms of Sale: For check or money order, payment must be made prior to shipment, which occurs weekly on Mondays and Tuesdays. Please make checks payable to:

If payment is by check or money order, please include shipping. Note: Michigan residents must include 6% sales tax.

Notification of payment receipt will be provided via e-mail, so please include your e-mail address with your payment. Upon receipt of payment, plants will be shipped within 10 days (weather permitting) and an e-mail notification will be sent to the e-mail address provided.

Note: We cannot guarantee blooming plants against bud blast.

Return of Orchid Plants: It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Green Acres Orchids of any problems within one week of receipt. It is the responsibility of the customer for safe shipping and shipping fees. Credit to cards or refund checks will be sent after the plants are safely returned.

Damaged Shipments: We take the greatest care possible in packing your orchids. However, if a leaf is broken or partially damaged, cut off the damaged part with a clean razor blade.

If severe handling damaged is involved, telephone the local carrier's office for a claim inspection report and return the plants to us for credit. Please contact us to notify us that your plant is being returned.

We try to make every attempt to ensure plants are labeled correctly, but in any event, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the plant involved.

Your orders are processed as received and are shipped in a timely manner, unless weather prevents safe delivery.
